The Torona Building forms an inverted C-shape and is laid out in two independent modules, divided up by a central axis.

Each of these modules has a ground floor and an additional three storeys designed for office use, a semi-basement for installations, meeting rooms, filing rooms, a cafeteria and security control as well as two indoor underground garages with 266 parking spaces.

Its main features are:
